May 17th is Blind Boone Day in Warrensburg!

9 a.m.- evening. Come to the park, bring your family and friends, grab a picnic lunch and a blanket & join the fun!

We will be out there to greet you, and we'll have charcoal for the BBQ grills down in the West end of the park. We'll also have horseshoes and shuffleboard equipment out there for ya, plus some chess & checkers games and stuff. Mike Shaw will be giving an informal talk on Blind Boone's life at about 2 p.m., and we'll be interested to hear your ideas on the park expansion plans!!

The city is declaring this the official Blind Boone Day in Warrensburg, so come out and celebrate John William Boone's 114th birthday!

We are adding on to the park!! The property to the East of the existing park is our new area to work with.

This is a most exciting time for us as we are working on a plan for a future expansion to include some great things and a beautiful new park area.
